High school student Torako Torako attends Tokyo Metropolitan Hino Minami High School. One day, while on her way to school, she feels something cold hit her face. Looking up, she sees a girl with a runny nose and horns stuck on the power lines, unable to move!
Inadvertently helping the peculiar girl, Kanoko Shikanoko, with her strange "horns," disrupts the life of Torako, who is a model student (albeit with a facade)...
Thus begins the story of a girl (formerly a delinquent) meeting a deer (?)—the opening of the Girl Meets Deer tale!!
