In a not-so-distant future...Amidst the vibrant hip-hop culture emerges a groundbreaking phenomenon known as Phantom Live. Harnessing unique metals called "phantom metals" embedded in their accessories, these rappers conjure illusions (phantoms) that resonate with their emotions, triggered by the chemical interaction between these metals and their DNA.
Yet, on the flip side, there are individuals grappling with the aftermath of "phantom trauma," a consequence following the use of these phantom metals.
A decade after the enigmatic Club PARADOX vanished from the scene, it resurfaces as the arena for the mysterious Paradox Live Battle. Four talented musical units receive coveted invitations to compete for a grand prize of 10 billion yen and the opportunity to challenge the legendary rapper group, "Buraikan."
These four groups, celebrated for their distinct musical genres, include BAE, The Cat's Whisker's, cozmez, and AkanYatsura. Each member, as well as the entire team, harbors their own motivations for accepting the invitation, driven by the desire to establish their music as the best through intense "stage battles."
