Upon reaching the conclusion of her beloved manga series, Fuuko Izumo reaches a point where she contemplates ending her own existence. For a decade, she has grappled with a peculiar condition that brings severe misfortune to anyone she touches. This affliction has had devastating consequences on her life, inadvertently causing the deaths of those in her proximity, even her own parents.
As she stands on a bridge overlooking train tracks, an encounter with a mysterious man alters the course of events. His touch disrupts the ground beneath him, leading to a perilous situation with an approaching train. However, when Fuuko investigates, she makes an astonishing discovery: the man's body is regenerating, and he is returning to life.
This enigmatic man, whom Fuuko dubs Andy, is immortal, and much like her, he yearns for an end to his existence. Initially hesitant, Fuuko eventually decides to join forces with Andy, aiming to provide him with the most dignified death possible. Yet, a shadowy organization lurks in the background, harboring intentions to exploit the unique abilities of this unusual duo.
