A boy named Denji (voiced by Kikunosuke Toya), a Devil Hunter with the heart of a devil himself — the “Chainsaw Man” — works for Public Safety’s Special Division 4.
While excited about a date with the woman he admires, Makima (voiced by Tomori Kusunoki), he gets caught in a sudden rainstorm.
As he takes shelter, he happens to meet a girl named Reze (voiced by Reina Ueda).
She tells him she works at a nearby café and smiles kindly at him.
The two quickly grow close — and from this chance encounter, Denji’s everyday life begins to change...
